Reiki energy will flow through your hands and you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and to others, following the first Reiki Degree attunement.

If you are embarking on your Reiki Journey for self healing and development, I recommend that you complete Reiki I and II as a minimum requirement for maximum benefit.

Each degree is at your own pace.  A minimum of 3 months between First and Second Degree is recommended.

If you wish to practice professionally - you will need to keep a log book noting hours accumulated through treatments (self healing/reiki therapy sessions/and share groups).
